However, if internet connection is lost during a student's exam, additional troubleshooting may be required.įinally, when building an exam in SOLE, we recommend that you use a combination of the Due date, Expiration date, Time limit, and Password settings for optimal security in the classroom. Once the LockDown browser has been enabled, an editable Exit Password will automatically be created for the administrator to utilize at their discretion. We highly suggest that students are required to complete a practice exam using the LockDown Browser to ensure proper installation prior to the exam date. If you plan to use the LockDown Browser in the classroom, the students must first install it on their computers.
